We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to take ownership of the CRM function and bring it to a scalable, data-driven, fully optimized level. This role requires someone who is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in creating CRM foundations in fintech or trading environments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and execute the full CRM strategy, improving existing processes and customer lifecycle structure
- Develop onboarding, activation, retention, churn-prevention, and reactivation flows across all GEOs
- Manage and optimize multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp/Viber, in-app)
- Create and refine automated, event-based journeys (KYC, deposits, inactivity, trading triggers)
- Analyze lifecycle metrics (retention, FTD conversion, redeposit, churn, LTV) and run A/B tests to improve performance
- Collaborate with BI, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to ensure accurate data, proper segmentation, and smooth execution
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 3+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing (fintech/forex/e-commerce/high-transactional industries preferred)
- Strong experience improving CRM processes and building automation/journeys.
- Deep understanding of trader behavior, deposits, reactivation cycles, and value segmentation
- Confident with CRM platforms (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable, or forex-specific CRMs)
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with KPIs, A/B tests, and data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on attitude and ability to lead CRM transformation.
- Excellent English
- Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian at a native level
